How Hot Stones Work

There are two ways to use stones in a Hot Stone Massage. The first way is to use them as placement stones to warm the muscles.

This brings the client's attention to the warmed body part, and has a calming effect on their mind. Tension is melted away with the liquid heat sensation from the warmed stones.
