Shipping Information

All stone orders are shipped by Canada Post from Victoria, BC, Canada.

All DVD orders are shipped from my supplier in the US.

*** A special note for overseas customers ***

Overseas shiping rates from Canada are incredibly high. I ship the stones overseas using Canada Post Surface Mail, which can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. I suggest placing your order 2 months in advance, so you will receive your stones in plenty of time.

Courier rates are 2 - 4 times as expensive as surface mail rates :(

Please note, the shipping fee I charge is for shipping and handling only. Any customs or import fees are additional, and will be collected upon delivery.
